How do I unlock levels?
Levels in Mira’s Match Quest unlock sequentially. Successfully completing a level with at least 1 Star unlocks the next level on the world map.

How are stars earned?
Stars (1, 2, or 3 stars) are awarded based on your final level score. Creating larger tile matches, clearing special obstacles, and completing the level with remaining moves converts leftover moves into bonus score points for 3-star ratings.
How do lives work?
You have a maximum of 5 lives. If you fail to complete a level, 1 life is consumed. Lives regenerate automatically over time (1 life every 30 minutes), or you can restore lives instantly by watching optional rewarded video ads or using in-game coins.
How do boosters work?
Boosters are special in-game power-ups designed to clear difficult boards, eliminate stubborn obstacles, or create massive combos when you find yourself stuck on a tricky puzzle level.

Booster Guide
Hammer Booster
The Hammer allows you to select and destroy any single tile or obstacle on the board without consuming a move turn. Perfect for reaching hard-to-target tiles.
Swap Booster
The Swap booster lets you switch the positions of two adjacent tiles even if they do not immediately form a match-3. Use it to set up 4-in-a-row or 5-in-a-row super combos.
Rainbow Booster
The Rainbow Booster clears all tiles of a chosen color from the entire board simultaneously. When combined with other special tiles, it triggers massive explosive clearing waves.

Rewarded Ads FAQs
What if a rewarded ad isn’t available?
Rewarded ads require an active internet connection. If an ad button appears greyed out or shows “No ad available”, check your Wi-Fi or cellular network. Ad availability also depends on regional ad network inventory from Google AdMob.
I watched a full ad but the reward wasn’t received. What should I do?
Ensure you watch the rewarded video ad to full completion until the close button (“X”) appears naturally. If your reward is delayed due to network interruption, restart the app and verify your coin/lives balance. If the issue persists, contact support with your device model.
How do Extra Moves rewarded ads work?
When you run out of moves on a level, you may be presented with an optional opportunity to watch a short rewarded video ad to receive +3 Extra Moves and continue playing without restarting the level.
How do Free Life rewarded ads work?
When your lives counter is below 5, tapping the life refill icon allows you to watch a rewarded video ad to receive +1 Instant Life immediately.
How do Free Booster rewarded ads work?
In the in-game shop or before launching a level, you can periodically claim free power-up boosters (Hammer, Swap, Rainbow) by watching voluntary rewarded ads.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting
The game won’t start or gets stuck on loading screen.
1. Force quit the application and relaunch it.
2. Check your device storage to ensure you have at least 150 MB of free storage space.
3. Verify your device is connected to the internet.
4. Check the App Store or Google Play Store for the latest game updates.
The game crashed unexpectedly.
Crash reports are automatically logged via Firebase Crashlytics to help us debug stability issues. If crashes happen consistently, please email us your device model and iOS/Android OS version so we can investigate and patch the bug immediately.
A puzzle level became unresponsive or frozen.
If animations stall, press your device Home button and return to the game to resume the state. If the board remains frozen, close the app from your app switcher and restart.
Lost game progress after an update.
Game progression is saved to your local device secure storage. Do not uninstall the game unless advised by support, as clearing local app cache can reset offline level states. If you switched devices or experienced data loss, email support.
